Stock flavours: 2–3 cans free of charge, freight collect. Custom flavour or pack: samples in 7–10 days, and the sample fee is credited against your first order.

No. The FDA does not approve food facilities — registration is a legal requirement, not an endorsement. We are registered (Reg. No. 19898570786) and file prior notice for each US shipment, and we never describe ourselves as “FDA approved”.

12 months from the production date in the unopened can, stored below 25 °C, dry, away from direct sunlight. Production date, lot code and best-before are printed on every can.

Yes. We review your artwork against destination rules before printing — EU 1169/2011 (ingredient order, 14 allergens, nutrition format), US FDA labelling, or Gulf bilingual labels — and we flag anything that could get a shipment rejected.

30% T/T deposit with the order and 70% against the B/L copy; L/C at sight for larger programs. Quotations are FOB Qingdao or Shanghai by default, CIF and DDP on request.

Every batch is sampled, retained and lot-coded, so a claim can be traced to the exact frying batch within hours. Verified quality issues are settled by replacement or credit, in writing, per the contract.

Yes. Xianyang is about 40 minutes from Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, and we host visits most weeks. For buyers who cannot travel, we run live video walkthroughs of the line.
